DermaPril worked well on my facial wrinkles. I ordered it as I have had success with matrixyl in other products I’ve used in the anti-wrinkle regimen, so I gave it a shot, and I didn’t regret it.
BEWARE. When they say free sample…it’s only sort of free if you don’t like it. You pay shipping to get it, shipping to return it and if you like it, you pay for the product you were sampling. And you better act fast b/c they get your cc when you order it and will bill it if you don’t pay to return it.
Not even sure how it works b/c I was so disgusted by their hardsell difficult tactics.
CAUTION!!! CAUTION!!! This is a scam. I ordered the “free trial”. I liked the product fine, but didn’t LOVE it and wanted to try prototype 37 before I commited to the dermapril. I called to cancel and they talked me into extended the free trial. So I did. THen after 7 more days I called to cancel. They emaied me a shipping label that I paid 6.99 for. I sent the product back THE VERY NEXT DAY!.. they still charged me $79.95!!! I was so mad. I called and they said unfortunatly there was nothing they could do. I even talked to the supervisor. I can’t believe this. I have ordered a lot on the internet and feel this is the first time I was really ripped off!!!! WARNING… it is not a free trial offer… it costs 6.99 to ship to you and 6.99 to ship back,….plus they still charge you the 79.95!!!
I suffered- just like Danielle, here. I ordered the product for trial paying postage, then after 15 days 80 Euros are gone from my credit card. I thought that they had me pay it because I didn’t return it (80 pounds is by the way too much for this product, it is nothing special)and before I know it another 80 pounds was taken from my card on the first of November, after another two weeks! I had to cancel my credit card yesterday! One last word: IF THIS MANUFACTURER BELIEVED SO MUCH IN THIS PRODUCT, THEY WOULDN’T TRY TO GET PEOPLE TO BUY IT IN SUCH A CUNNING MANNER.
Keep your precious money for something else.
Total Scam!!! I reported them to the BBB and filed a complaint, They charged me 79.95 for a prodcut I never got.
